How I work:
A lot of coaches will just lower your calories week to week or change your supplements without looking at progress photos. That is not how I work. You email your pictures and check-in summary. I analyze the pictures. Then, I adjust the program accordingly. For example, if your legs are losing size and your goal is to make them grow, I may reduce your cardio or increase your carbs, etc.
I have a direct solution for every problem. I do NOT guess, everything is results based.The more information that you give me, the sooner I can help you reach your goal.
When I sit down to do the programs and it's missing photos or certain information I cannot properly adjust your program that week.
