What I need from you:
- Pictures: front, back and each side. Taken in natural lighting each week preferably in the same location.
- Send me your daily routine, what time you wake up, go to bed, when do you typically eat throughout the day and what time works best for you to work out. The more information you provide to me the better I can help you!
- Check-ins are every Friday morning by 12pm EST. Wear same swim suit each week. Legs and all body parts must be visible in photos so that I can compare progress.
